“Night of Broken Glass ” Honoring the Victims of Anti-Jewish violence in November 1938.

At yesterday’s Board meeting, Supervisor Spiegel and her colleagues joined Congregation Beth Shalom to commemorate Kristallnacht, the “Night of Broken Glass,” and honor the victims of anti-Jewish violence in November 1938.
This solemn remembrance reminds us of our responsibility to confront antisemitism, preserve Holocaust education, and speak out against hatred. Thank you to Congregation Beth Shalom for helping us carry these lessons forward and reminding us why remembrance must be accompanied by action.
