Community Improvement Designation (CID) Program

The Community Improvement Designation (CID) Program provides funding opportunities for nonprofit organizations, public agencies, schools, and community-based programs serving residents in the Second Supervisorial District. Through this program, Supervisor Karen Spiegel supports projects, services, and initiatives that enhance the quality of life for local communities and address identified community needs.

Before submitting an application, applicants are encouraged to carefully review the program guidelines, eligibility requirements, and application checklist to ensure all required documentation is included.

Applications that are incomplete, missing required attachments, or do not include a fully completed Section 5 will not be considered for funding. Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all required information and supporting documentation are submitted at the time of application.
