Norco’s State of the City, “Rooted in Community!

Norco’s future is growing from strong community roots! Supervisor Spiegel enjoyed joining Mayor Robin Grundmeyer for Norco’s State of the City, “Rooted in Community,” reflecting on the city’s progress and the seeds being planted for its future.
The farming and agriculture theme was a fitting tribute to Norco’s rural heritage and the care it takes to help a community thrive. Thank you to Mayor Grundmeyer and the City of Norco for bringing us together to celebrate that heritage and look toward the opportunities ahead.
