Supervisor Spiegel enjoyed attending Canyon Lake's City Council meeting, where she shared a moment with the Canyon Lake Quilters Club members. This incredible group of artisans is dedicated to crafting beautiful quilts for our deserving military members.
The Citizen of the Month honor was bestowed upon the distinguished Kathy Barbay, one of last month's Second District Senior Legacy Awards winners. She is a shining beacon of altruism, setting an exemplary precedent for all of us.
