The Second District Team Joins Forces to Address Disparities in Riverside County

The Second District Team proudly attended the Health Equity Coalition Meeting last month. Together with other departments and organizations across Riverside County, the coalition dove into data to identify and tackle disparities. Their mission is to create a more equitable Riverside County. It's about understanding our community's needs and ensuring everyone can access the health resources they deserve.
