Recognizing Riverside County's Youth Advisory Council (YAC)

One of Supervisor Spiegel's favorite moments from today's Board of Supervisors meeting was recognizing the incredible students who serve on Riverside County's Youth Advisory Council (YAC) and presenting them with this year's Spirit Awards.
Throughout the school year, these outstanding young leaders dedicated their time, energy, and talents to learning about local government, engaging with their communities, and serving as youth ambassadors for Riverside County. Their commitment to civic engagement and public service demonstrates that the future of our communities is in good hands.
The Spirit Awards recognize students who went above and beyond during their YAC internship, demonstrating exceptional leadership, teamwork, enthusiasm, and dedication throughout the year. I am incredibly proud of all our YAC members and grateful for the unique perspectives they bring to discussions that impact our county.
