City of Lake Elsinore's annual Trunk or Treat

Main Street was filled with Halloween spirit as Supervisor Spiegel's office and Second District Youth Advisory Council students joined the City of Lake Elsinore's annual Trunk or Treat. From creative costumes to decorated trunks, it was a festive evening of family fun in downtown Lake Elsinore.
Our team enjoyed connecting with residents and celebrating the season alongside our community. Thank you to the City, participating organizations, and volunteers who helped bring this Halloween tradition to life.
