Supervisor Spiegel had the honor of witnessing the swearing-in of Assemblymember Bill Essayli, representative of California's 63rd District. She attended alongside Riverside County Sheriff's Department's Sheriff Chad Bianco and Congressman Ken Calvert and presented the new Assemblyman with a certificate of recognition.
