The Sycamore Creek Interpretive Center is hosting a free workshop on Water, Irrigation, and Riverside County on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in Temescal Valley. This informative session will cover the sustainable use of water in Inland Southern California, addressing topics such as drought, water-efficient irrigation, climate-appropriate plants, and urban landscape design. The workshop will be led by Lynn Coffman, an EPA-certified Qualified Water Efficient Landscaper and UC Master Gardener of Riverside County. Lynn brings extensive horticultural experience from her work in specialty nurseries and as a contract auditor for Inland Empire Waterkeepers.
