Supervisor Spiegel toured the newly renovated Franklin Residential Care Facility in Riverside, a project marking a significant step forward in the County’s commitment to supporting its most vulnerable residents.

The 42,000-square-foot facility will open soon and offer a full spectrum of care, including residential services, outpatient behavioral health treatment, and short-term recuperative care. The Franklin Facility is designed to help individuals regain stability and successfully transition toward independent living. Services will include housing, nutritious meals, personal care assistance, medication management, and around-the-clock supervision in a structured and supportive setting.
