Generations Empowering Change Women’s Workshop Highlights Mentorship and Leadership

The Western Riverside Council of Governments' Generations Empowering Change Women’s Workshop and Seminar brought together influential leaders to celebrate the power of mentorship and the impact of women in public service. The event featured discussions on how collaboration and leadership shape the future across generations, fostering meaningful connections and shared insights.

Speakers included Elizabeth Gibbs, City Manager of Beaumont; Karla Felix of WRCOG; and Craddock Stropes, Cultural Arts Manager of Carlsbad, offering valuable perspectives on leadership and community engagement. A special thank you to Brenda Dennstedt for her guest appearance and Dr. Grace Martin, Chief Executive Officer of March JPA, for skillfully moderating the discussion.
