Victoria (Tori) Herrera
Victoria Herrera serves as a Legislative Assistant and Field Representative for the City of Jurupa Valley in the Office of Riverside County Second District Supervisor Karen Spiegel. In this role, she responds to public inquiries, manages constituent casework, provides administrative support, and represents Supervisor Spiegel at community events throughout the Second District.
Victoria serves as a liaison between constituents and Riverside County departments, helping residents address concerns involving the Assessor-County Clerk-Recorder, Department of Animal Services, Environmental Health, Treasurer-Tax Collector, and Department of Waste Resources. She also coordinates with the Department of Animal Services to host free spay and neuter clinics for residents of the Second District.
Victoria earned a Master of Public Policy from the University of California, Riverside, and a bachelor’s degree in political science with a concentration in Public Administration from California State University, Fullerton. Before joining the Second District, she worked in higher education, including roles in the Enrollment Department at California State University, Sacramento, and as a Retention Coordinator at Coastline Community College.
As a first-generation college graduate who was raised in Riverside County, Victoria is committed to giving back to the community that shaped her and helping residents access the resources, services, and support they need.
