Supervisor Spiegel Honored to Join Adoption Finalization Day for Ryan Angel Plott

 

On Saturday, November 5, I was honored to attend the Adoption Finalization Day for Ryan Angel Plott, who officially joined the Plott family.

I am beyond happy for Councilman Plott, April, and big sister Penelope. I wish them nothing but happiness as they embark on their new journey together as a family.
