In November, Riverside County joined the National Association of Counties in demonstrating our appreciation and support for our veterans by illuminating the County Administration Center in green as part of Operation Green Light for Veterans. The initiative – spearheaded by NACo and the National Association of County Veteran Service Officers – is designed to raise awareness about the unique challenges veterans face and the resources available to assist them and their families at the county, state, and federal levels. District Two appreciates everyone who assisted in making this happen and for joining us as we honored our nation's veterans. See below for more photos.
