The City of Norco invites you to the 2024 State of the City Address presented by Mayor Kevin Bash! Norco’s stakeholders are encouraged to attend and continue celebrating “A Century Rooted in Rural Living.” Prior to the presentation, attendees are invited to enjoy a selection of refreshments, explore a community farmers market, and check out Norco’s newest facility—The Barn at Ingalls Event Center. As part of this free event, community members will take part in the first formal event hosted at The Barn.

5 p.m. - Community Farmers Market hosted by the EAT Cultural Center
6 p.m. - Reception with Refreshments and Exposition Showcasing “A Century Rooted in Rural Living”
7 p.m. - State of the City Address
