Supervisor Spiegel had the pleasure of joining Representative Young Kim for a walking tour of the RCTC’s 71/91 Interchange Project, the overcrossing currently under construction. During the visit, the Supervisor explored the numerous benefits this project will bring to our community and discussed the exciting plans for its future. This initiative represents a significant advancement in enhancing connectivity and alleviating congestion in Riverside County.  Supervisor Spiegel eagerly anticipates the transformative impact this project will have on our community upon its completion.
