Our Second District Team had the privilege of attending the poignant Dedication Ceremony, a heartfelt tribute to the remarkable life and service of former Director Philip R. Williams, hosted by the Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District. The ceremony's highlight was unveiling the building's new sign—a symbol of Director Williams's enduring legacy. Witnessing the Williams family there sharing this moment with the community was a profoundly moving experience. The event was a convergence of community leadership, with many council members from Canyon Lake and Lake Elsinore and directors from neighboring water districts all coming together to honor a shared history and a vision of continued cooperation for the future.
