At the Board of Supervisors meeting at the end of October, the members recognized the Kristallnacht Commemoration on the anniversary of Kristallnacht, or the "Night of Broken Glass," on November 9-10. Many years later, we mourn every victim of this pogrom, and we rededicate ourselves to preventing repetitions of such acts of brutality and hate anywhere and everywhere.
