Supervisor Spiegel was honored to attend the Freeway Sign Memorial CHP Dedication Ceremony in memory of Riverside Area CHP Sergeant Steven L. Licon. It was a humbling reminder of the sacrifices our law enforcement personnel make to ensure the safety and well-being of our community. Thank you to the dedicated members of the California Highway Patrol for having us at this meaningful event. We stand with you, remembering and honoring brave souls like Sergeant Licon, who gave their all in the line of duty.
