The City of Norco invites you to the 2023 State of the City Address presented by Mayor Robin Grundmeyer! Norco’s stakeholders are encouraged to attend and continue celebrating “A Century Rooted in Rural Living.” Prior to the presentation, attendees are invited to enjoy a selection of refreshments, explore a community farmers market, and check out Norco’s newest facility—The Barn at Ingalls Event Center.
