Patriot Day

Last week, Supervisor Spiegel and her team joined Patriot Day ceremonies throughout the Second District to honor the nearly 3,000 lives lost on September 11, 2001, and recognize the courage of the first responders, service members, and everyday Americans who answered tragedy with extraordinary bravery.
Twenty-five years later, we remain committed to remembering those we lost, supporting the families who carry their memory, and teaching future generations why this day must never be forgotten. Thank you to the cities, organizations, and residents who gathered across our district in solemn remembrance and unity.
