Supervisor Spiegel Norco Area Chamber of Commerce 4th Annual Business Awards & Installation Ceremony!

Supervisor Spiegel had the pleasure of joining the Norco Area Chamber of Commerce for its 14th Annual Business Awards & Installation Ceremony at The Barn at Ingalls, celebrating this year's theme, "Small Town, Big Business."
