Women Veterans Recognition Day

Today, Supervisor Spiegel and her colleagues proudly recognized Women Veterans Recognition Day by honoring the incredible women veterans who continue to serve our community as Riverside County employees.
It was a privilege to present Certificates of Honor to these remarkable women in recognition of their military service and their ongoing dedication to public service. Their commitment to our nation did not end when they hung up the uniform. Today, they continue making a difference in the lives of Riverside County residents through their work across County departments.
She is grateful to every woman veteran who joined us for this special recognition and for the support they showed one another. The camaraderie, pride, and shared commitment to service on display today were truly inspiring.
To all of our women veterans, thank you for your courage, sacrifice, leadership, and unwavering dedication. Riverside County is stronger because of your service, both in uniform and in your continued work on behalf of our communities.
