Last week, Supervisor Spiegel's team had the opportunity to attend the Norco Area Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Center's Business Breakfast Roundtable, where attendees heard from Norco’s very own “Mr. Norco,” Councilmember Kevin Bash. He shared a brief but insightful look at the history of the City of Norco, highlighting the roots, values, and strong sense of identity that continue to shape the community today.
