The Norco community gathered to celebrate this year’s honorees at the Spirit of Norco Monument, a ceremony that reflects the legacy of Kathy Azevedo. Supervisor Spiegel attended both as the District’s representative and as a friend of Kathy, noting the impact of residents who embody Norco’s values of service, leadership, and community pride.

Honorees included Support Sisterz, Adrianna Showalter, Mark Moore, John and Joanne Aikins, Patricia and Glenn Hedges, Ed and Linda Dixon, and Bobby Mendoza. Each was recognized for contributions that reflect the heart of Norco.
