Our District 2 staff joined the City of Norco earlier this month for its annual Día de los Muertos celebration, where community spirit was on full display. Families, artists, and local organizations gathered to honor loved ones, share traditions, and create a vibrant space filled with color, culture, and remembrance. The event once again highlighted Norco’s commitment to celebrating heritage and bringing residents together.
