Riverside County's 14th Annual Women’s Leadership Conference

The 2025 Riverside County Women’s Leadership Conference was a tremendous success, where a thousand women and allies gathered in Corona for a day of learning, connection, and inspiration. Supervisor Karen Spiegel chaired this 14th Annual event, bringing together leaders and community members committed to uplifting one another and expanding opportunities for women across Riverside County. The conference celebrated the progress women have achieved while reminding us of the work that still lies ahead to build a stronger and more equitable future. With impactful keynote speakers and meaningful conversations throughout the day, the event showcased the power of women supporting women in every corner of our community. Supervisor Spiegel extends her appreciation to the organizers, participants, and supporters who made this event possible. Together, we are creating momentum to open doors, remove barriers, and ensure future generations of women are empowered to thrive.
