You're invited to the 2025 State of the City Address presented by Mayor Greg Newton! Join us as the Mayor reflects on the past year’s achievements, shares updates on upcoming projects and improvements, and highlights how the City Council is working to keep Norco, Norco.

Prior to the presentation, attendees are invited to enjoy a selection of refreshments, explore a community farmers market, and check out Norco’s newest facility, The Barn at Ingalls Event Center.
