• Riverside County Sheriff – Jurupa Valley Station/Norco Sheriffs
• Norco Citizens Patrol
• Norco Mounted Posse
• CALFire/Riverside County – Norco Battalion
• Animal Control Services
• Norco Animal Rescue Team
