City of Riverside: People who live and work within the City of Riverside will have convenient access to the COVID-19 vaccination.The City of Riverside in partnership with Curative Inc. has been operating an appointment based walk-in vaccination clinic at the former Sears building in Riverside (6852 Streeter Avenue, Riverside CA 92504). Interested parties can learn more about the vaccine and learn how to sign up for an appointment at the Riverside vaccination site by visiting https://www.riversideca.gov/press/information-regarding-covid-19-coronavirus or calling the Curative Info Line 888-702-9042 .

COVID-19 Testing
To view all Riverside County and State COVID-19 testing sites throughout the County, please view the PDF. For County testing sites, You must have an appointment to be tested. To request an appointment to be tested, call 1-800-945-6171. For State testing sites; appointments can be made online by going to https://lhi.care/covidtesting or those without internet access can call 888-634-1123. Testing is available for everyone, regardless of insurance or immigration status, and is no cost to the resident.
The Curative test is a simple-to-use, oral fluid COVID-19 no-cost, contactless, self-administered test that can be rapidly scaled to enable widespread access to testing to keep our communities and employees safe. The test is self-administered, painless, and has clinical accuracy of ~90% and 100% specificity. The Curative oral-fluid swab test is an alternative method to nasopharyngeal (NP) or nasal swabs in testing for COVID-19. The oral fluid sampling method tests for the presence of virus in both the respiratory tract and the oral cavity. The entire test is done without having to come into close contact with others. Riverside County will be continuing to follow the State of California Department of Public Health's (CDPH) face covering guidance, Beyond the Blueprint for Industry and Business Sectors layout for mega events, as well as any new health orders. Riverside County officials will continue to encourage all residents, employees and business operators to take necessary safety steps provided by CDPH to slow the spread of COVID-19. On August 5th, 2021 the State of California Department of Public Health's (CDPH) has issued a new State Public Health Officer order regarding health care worker vaccine requirements. For more information, please click here to view CDPH's new Public Health order.
Starting on June 15th, 2021 the State of California Department of Public Health's (CDPH) face covering guidance takes effect and will supersede all prior face coverings guidance. For further information, please click here to view CDPH's face covering guidance.
Starting on June 15th, 2021 the State of California Department of Public Health's (CDPH) Beyond the Blueprint for Industry and Business Sectors layout takes effect for mega events. CDPH has characterized mega events as large crowds/attendees greater than 5,000 (indoors) and 10,000 (outdoors) that may have either assigned or unassigned seating, and may be either general admission or gated, ticketed and permitted events. The requirements for mega events in the Beyond the Blueprint for Industries and Business Sectors layout issued by CDPH will be reviewed for the need of this guidance by no later than September 1, 2021, to determine whether it remains necessary, and will continue to monitor the scientific evidence and epidemiological data and will amend this guidance as needed by the evolving public health conditions and recommendations issued by CDC and other public health authorities. Business Assistance for COVID-19
On March 16th, the U.S. Small Business Administration issued a disaster declaration officially designating Riverside County eligible for the Economic Injury Disaster Loan program.Disaster loans can provide vital economic assistance to small businesses and private non-profit organizations to help overcome the temporary loss of revenue they are experiencing these low interest Loans can be made for up to $2 million and may be used to pay for operations such as fixed debts, payroll, accounts payable and other bills that could not be paid due to the impact of COVID-19. The interest rate is 3.75 percent for small businesses; 2.75 percent for private non-profit organizations. Long-term repayments to keep payments affordable, up to a maximum of 30 years. Riverside County Economic Development Assistance
Please also reference https://rivcoed.org/ as a source for business assistance programs and resources. Many companies such as Southern California Gas Company, Southern California Edison, T-Mobile and AT&T are providing relief assistance, such as late payment waivers and unlimited data plans to businesses impacted by COVID-19. Economic Resources
Food Banks/Food Resources- (Please note resources are subject to change. It is always best to call ahead to the individual site you wish to visit to confirm availability). Local public schools will be providing meals to children under the age of 18. Please call your public school/district for additional information: Alvord Unified School District; Corona-Norco Unified School District; Jurupa Unified School District; Riverside Unified Schools District.

Meals for Seniors- The Riverside County Office on Aging is continuing to provide county wide "Grab & Go" meal sites. For additional information from the Office on Aging, call 1-800-510-2020 or click on the PDF to view the countywide Grab & Go meal site locations.
Corona: Sodexo is providing meals for pick-up Monday thru Friday, 10:00AM - 11:30AM, at Casa Grande to residents who live at the senior center only. Located at 801 Magnolia Ave., Corona, CA 92879, for more information call (951)-736-3116.

Housing and Homeless Services- The County of Riverside has identified hotels and motels with available units for unsheltered individuals experiencing homelessness to provide temporary housing during the state order to “stay at home”. Eligible individuals can be referred to temporary hotel and motel housing by calling the HomeConnect hotline at 1-800-498-8847.
Utility Assistance- The Community Action Partnership of Riverside County can provide one-time utility payment assistance for low- and moderate-income individuals and families, visit the Community Action Partnership of Riverside County website.
Rental Assistance: The rental assistance application process has been expanded to assist individuals in Riverside County. For more information, visit https://www.unitedlift.org/ or call 2-1-1.
