Working out has never felt cooler. The Second District team recently took part in Lake Elsinore’s new Aquafit Fridays class, and it was the perfect blend of fitness, fun, and community.

Led by the ever-energetic Ms. Pam, this free class features high-energy movement, upbeat music, and a low-impact setting that welcomes all fitness levels. Held at the Lakeside High School pool, it offers residents a unique way to stay active while enjoying the water and connecting with others.

Whether you're looking to shake up your routine or want a fun way to move your body, Aquafit Fridays delivers. Classes take place every Friday from 9:45 to 10:30 a.m. and are open to the public.
