Woodcrest Community Courts Open with Ribbon-Cutting Celebration

The Woodcrest community came together over the weekend to celebrate the grand opening of the brand-new Woodcrest Community Courts. Hosted by the Office of Economic Development, the ribbon-cutting ceremony marked the launch of a vibrant new public space designed for play, connection, and community.

The new courts, which feature both pickleball and basketball, offer exciting recreational opportunities for residents of all ages. Following the ceremony, families enjoyed crafts and activities hosted by the Woodcrest Library, turning the morning into a full community celebration.
