Supervisor Spiegel Witnesses Innovation at Corona High's Robotic Competition

February 26, 2024

The Supervisor enjoyed attending an extraordinary Robotic Competition at Corona High School, orchestrated by Pete D'Agostino, a dedicated Auburndale teacher. Pete works tirelessly to create opportunities for our students to learn, engage, and push the boundaries of their knowledge in STEM and STEAM. This year's competition was spectacular, with over 36 teams from various regional schools, including schools beyond CNUSD. Teams joined the competition from as far as El Cajon and Henderson, NV, and many schools from Orange County. Seeing so many young minds from Intermediate and High Schools come together, united by a passion for robotics and innovation, was a sight to behold. The event stood as a testament to the power of community and the importance of supporting educational initiatives that prepare our students for the future.
