On January 30, 2023, Supervisor Spiegel was voted Chair of IEHP's Governing Board for her second non-consecutive term. Shortly after taking office on the Riverside County Board of Supervisors, she was appointed to the IEHP Governing Board in February 2019, became vice chair in January 2020, and chair in 2021.
