Supervisor Spiegel Honors First Recipients with Kathy Azevedo Spirit of Norco Memorial Induction

On Saturday, July 20th, Supervisor Spiegel inducted the first recipients into the Kathy Azevedo Spirit of Norco Memorial at Ingalls Park. This memorial honors individuals who have made significant contributions to the community by embodying Kathy Azevedo’s bravery, patriotism, leadership, and charisma; supporting the preservation of Norco’s rural lifestyle; making outstanding contributions toward the development of a City asset or community program; or demonstrating selfless devotion to helping others in Norco.
Congratulations to Ted and Jean Hoffman, David and Pat Overstreet, Danny Azevedo, Norvah Williams, Allen and Betty Bash, Dr. John Koning, and Ben Gonzalez. Their dedication and hard work make Norco a better place for all. Their service and commitment to the community are greatly appreciated.
