Last week, Supervisor Spiegel had the pleasure of visiting Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy in Norco to film for the upcoming State of the County event on October 24. Their team's dedication and the incredible campus atmosphere helped bring an exciting element to the video. Supervisor Spiegel would like to thank Leaps and Bounds for their hospitality!
