Supervisor Spiegel Celebrates Prado Dam Restoration

Supervisor Spiegel was honored to attend the historic Prado Dam Ribbon Cutting Ceremony alongside a host of distinguished dignitaries. Their collective attendance indeed underlined the immense importance of this project.
Joining Supervisor Spiegel were eminent personalities from all walks of life. Among them were environmental engineers, water management experts, government officials, and representatives from the Department of Water Resources, the Army Corps of Engineers, and the Environmental Protection Agency. Their presence reaffirmed the multidisciplinary effort that went into restoring the Prado Dam.
As Supervisor Spiegel so eloquently put it during her speech, "It takes a village to restore a dam." Nevertheless, we can proudly look back at what we have achieved together and look forward to a future where our restored Prado Dam serves as a testament to the power of community collaboration.
