In December, Supervisor Spiegel helped build bicycles with Bicycles for Children at El Cerrito Middle School. The bikes went to underprivileged children in the Corona Norco Unified School District. Bicycles for Children is a non-profit organization based in Corona. Over the past ten years, John White of Bicycles for Children has donated almost 6900 bicycles to students.
