Supervisor Spiegel's time in Washington, D.C., was productive and impactful as she advocated for Riverside County’s transportation future. As the First Vice Chair of RCTC, she collaborated with RTA Board members for the first time to emphasize the importance of federal investment in Riverside County's transportation system.
