On January 19, the Riverside County Transportation Commission's 71/91 Interchange Project held its Groundbreaking Ceremony to celebrate the start of construction.

This new non-tolled interchange is designed to improve safety, expand access to other modes of travel, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and enhance traffic flow.
