The essential work of In-Home Supportive Services caregivers took center stage as Riverside County hosted a celebration recognizing more than fifty-five thousand caregivers who support older adults and individuals with disabilities. The District 2 team participated in the event at the Moreno Valley Conference and Recreation Center, joining sponsors, partner agencies, and hundreds of caregivers for a day focused on appreciation and connection.

Staff from the Supervisor’s office hosted a booth in the resource fair to help connect caregivers with county services, answer questions, and offer support to those who dedicate their days to caring for others. The event underscored the vital role caregivers play in the stability and well-being of communities across Riverside County, and the office was grateful to be part of recognizing their ongoing contributions.
