As we approach National Volunteer Week, from April 20-26, 2025, it's time to shine a light on the selfless individuals who dedicate their time, energy, and resources to better our communities. This recognition is a testament to the spirit of volunteerism that thrives within us, highlighting those who go above and beyond without expecting anything in return.
Each year, we honor our volunteers throughout each Supervisorial district who have had a profound impact and ability to strengthen our communities through acts of service and generous donation time and expertise.
Do you know someone who has been an outstanding volunteer in the Second District? Now is the moment to recognize their invaluable contribution! We invite YOU to nominate your 2025 Volunteer of the Year, celebrating the heroes among us who make a significant difference every day.
Award winners will be chosen at the discretion of each District Supervisor. The Award Presentation will be held on April 15, 2025, at the County Board of Supervisor's Meeting at 9:30 a.m. at the County Administrative Center at 4080 Lemon Street, 1st Floor Board Chambers, Riverside, CA 92501.
