The City of Jurupa Valley hosted a groundbreaking ceremony for Phase 3 of the Mission Boulevard Rehabilitation Project, marking a significant investment in safer and more accessible streets.

The project will upgrade Mission Boulevard from Bellegrave Avenue to Ben Nevis Boulevard, incorporating improvements to pavement, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and driveways, along with the installation of new safety and traffic-calming measures. With the support of Congressman Takano and approval from the Federal Highway Administration, these upgrades will proceed without placing additional financial strain on the city’s local funds.
