The 2025 Inland Empire Chapter of the American Society for Public Administration (IE ASPA) Service Awards and Scholarship Banquet lit up the Victoria Club with well-deserved recognition for some of the region’s most committed public servants and promising future leaders.

Among the evening’s highlights was the presentation of the Outstanding Senior Administrator Award to Michael Walsh, accepted on his behalf by Heidi Marshall, Director of the Department of Housing & Workforce Solutions. Walsh’s legacy of leadership and dedication to Riverside County was celebrated with heartfelt remarks by Brandon Trahan, CGFM, who underscored the impact of Walsh’s public service career.
