The Second District team was honored to attend the Fourth Air Force Change of Command Ceremony at March Air Reserve Base, a momentous occasion recognizing both legacy and new leadership within one of our nation's key military commands.

During the ceremony, Certificates of Recognition were presented on behalf of Supervisor Spiegel to outgoing commander Major General D. Scott Durham and incoming commander Major General Paul R. Fast.

Major General Durham was thanked for his decades of exemplary service and his steady leadership of the Fourth Air Force. His impact on the mission and the airmen under his command will not be forgotten.

The Second District also extended a warm welcome to Major General Fast as he assumes this vital role. We look forward to supporting his leadership and continuing to strengthen the partnership between the Fourth Air Force and our local community.
