Supervisor Spiegel's team joined the Lake Elsinore Valley Chamber of Commerce in celebrating the Grand Opening and ribbon-cutting for Brenda Ramirez, LDA & Notary Public in Lake Elsinore. It was wonderful to see the community come together to welcome a new local business dedicated to providing important services to our residents.
