Music, creativity, and community spirit filled the room at the Valentine’s Masquerade Mixer hosted through A.R.I.S.E. Special Needs Programming. The District 2 team attended the event at the Lake Elsinore Senior Activity Center, where participants designed their own masquerade masks before heading to the dance floor for an evening of celebration.

The event created an intentional space where individuals of all abilities could connect, express themselves, and build confidence in a welcoming environment. Inclusive programming like this strengthens the community's fabric by ensuring everyone has opportunities to participate and belong.
