Eastvale Youth Civics Summer Camp

Today’s students are tomorrow’s community leaders!
Supervisor Spiegel enjoyed speaking at the graduation ceremony for the Youth Civics Summer Camp, hosted by the Jurupa Community Services District in partnership with Eastvale Mayor Jocelyn Yow. Throughout the program, students ages 10 to 14 received a hands-on introduction to local government, explored the legislative process, participated in a mock legislative session, and toured government facilities.
It was a pleasure presenting certificates to the graduates and celebrating their hard work. Congratulations to each student who completed the program, and thank you to JCSD and Mayor Yow for creating an engaging opportunity to inspire the next generation of civic leaders!
