City of Norco’s Memorial Day Ceremony

The City of Norco’s Memorial Day Ceremony was a powerful reminder of the courage, sacrifice, and service of the men and women who gave their lives in defense of our nation.
Supervisor Spiegel was honored to join community members, veterans, and local leaders in remembering our fallen heroes and reflecting on the freedoms they helped preserve. We also had the privilege of hearing from keynote speaker Dr. Ruben Aguilar. This Purple Heart recipient served as an Airborne Infantryman with the 4th Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, during Operation Iraqi Freedom. His remarks offered a meaningful perspective on service, sacrifice, and the true significance of Memorial Day.
