Breaking Ground on Van Buren Marketplace to Bring Jobs, Services, and Economic Growth to Jurupa Valley

Jurupa Valley marked a significant milestone with the groundbreaking ceremony for the Van Buren Marketplace. This transformative retail center will soon be home to Vallarta Supermarkets as its anchor tenant. Supervisor Spiegel joined city officials, community leaders, and development partners to celebrate the beginning of a project that promises a lasting impact.

Once completed, the marketplace will expand access to essential goods and services within the local community, reducing the need for residents to travel outside the area. It will also generate new job opportunities, attract business investment, and support key infrastructure improvements that benefit the entire region.

The Van Buren Marketplace is the result of years of collaboration between the City of Jurupa Valley, Vallarta Supermarkets, and dedicated community stakeholders.
